What is everyone else doing?
You have all seen what I am doing... but how is everyone else doing? I would be glad to hear what everyone else is up to. Are any more family members going to join the blog?
Take care.

Seth and Olaya in Yosemite

Hi everyone. Just wanted to contribute to the new blog. Olaya and I went to Yosemite on 9-30-06 and had a great day. We are exhausted from hiking 5 miles on the "easy" path. I guess I am still a city slicker.
Here's some of my favorite pictures. The one with me sitting on a rock is right after I fell in some freezing water. Olaya took a picture and laughed for about 10 straight minutes. I am okay though, no hypothermia. Yosemite is great. I loved the views and being away from life in the city.
Take care!!

Instructions for adding groups of pictures
If you want to add a bunch of pictures online, i have created an account through picasa (Googles free and easy web albums) that links pretty easily to blogger (Googles blogs). Here is how to do it:
1 Download and install picasa at http://picasa.google.com/
2 Once you install picasa you can add a folder to picasa (usally you my pictures, or my documents folder) and it will automatically load all of the pictures in that folder into picasa.
3 Select the photos that you want to upload and click on web album in the middle on the bottom.
the username is moorefamilypics
the password is moore1
(or you can create your own account if you want, but it might be easier to have them all in one place)
4 Choose the settings you want, whether to add the pics to a folder already created or create your own, etc. and click ok, it will then upload the pictures.
5 Click view online or go to http://picasaweb.google.com/moorefamilypics to see the pics, when there, on the left there is a link labeled Embed in blog/MySpace, copy and paste the HTML that it gives you into a new post in blogger, and they are there!
That came out alot longer than I thought it would, but it really is easy. If you cant get it email me at nlitchney@gmail.com.

Welcome to the Moore Family Blog
Hi everyone,
Aunt Carole had the idea and wanted me to set up a website where everyone could keep in touch. If you received an email from me, you should be able to post and update the website to let us all know what you are up to. If you can't let me know, this might be an easy way for all of us to keep in touch better, instead of the standard once a year at somebody's wedding that we have been doing. Forward the email I sent you to everyone. I know I don't have everyone's email address. Hope to hear from you all soon!!
